Key responsibilities include:
- Oversee and advise all student organization leaders and members with event planning, registration and risk management
- Review and approve all events, imprinting, and/or advertising through Community
- Facilitate Event Management Training (EMT) sessions for student organizations hosting events which include alcohol/high risk
- Provide educational sessions for students leaders/members and advisers which cover a variety of topics
- Create and maintain the Student Organization and Adviser Resource Guide
- Supervise the Graduate Assistant for Student Life
- Advise the Dayton 2 Daytona Committee
