In three simple words, that's what the Marianists are all about.

That's why we have built one of the world's largest campus ministries with a Center for Social Concern that teaches and practices social justice. We challenge students to be people of service.

Long before Facebook, YouTube and Twitter, the Institute for Pastoral Initiatives pushed the traditional boundaries of communication — all to serve the global Catholic church. Locally, our Center for Catholic Education provides counseling and social services to children in urban Catholic schools.

In developing countries, engineering students use their technical know-how and community-building skills to bring safe drinking water to remote villages in Africa, develop solar cookers in Bolivia and create other technologies that make the world a better place.

Closer to home, you'll find students from the Fitz Center for Leadership kayaking, camping and studying the environment of the region's largest river as they work with community partners to create a cohesive vision for recreation and development along a 90-mile corridor of the Great Miami River.
