Students reflect on networking in Columbus

"Even if you are not looking for a position in government, this experience provides amazing networking opportunities with accomplished and often entertaining individuals and a way to build upon your personal skills while enjoying the landscape of Ohio's great capital Columbus."

— Andy Kurzhals, 2012 Statehouse Civic Scholar

"It was an honor to have Governor and Mrs. Taft accompany us on a tour of the Governor’s residence and beautiful gardens. Being from Columbus, it was so neat to hear all the stories and history about the mansion from people who actually lived there!"

Ashley Merino, 2012 Statehouse Civic Scholar
