The tournament directors have secured a block of rooms at discounted rates for the Hamilton ORCS Tournament's competitors, spectators, and guests. The block of rooms are reserved at the Courtyard, located 4 blocks from the Butler County Government Services Building, the site of all trials. In addition, the Opening Ceremony, lunch on Sunday, and the Awards Presentation will take place in the Courtyard’s Ballroom.

*For schools with tax-exempt status in the State of Ohio, the tax rate is 6.75% with proper documentation, and must be arranged with the hotel in advance.

For those who will be flying to the Hamilton Opening Round Championship Series Tournament, there are two airports that serve the Hamilton/West Chester area. They are the Dayton International Airport (DAY) and the Cincinnati-Northern Kentucky International Airport (CVG).
CVG - Cincinnati
Cincinnati is a hub airport for Delta Airlines, and therefore has direct flights to most major airports in the United States.
