    Former (retired) Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio and former Prosecutor, Judge Walter Rice has said that one of his "main passions was to improve the justice system so that it was more effective and humane." In this talk, Judge Rice will explore the intersections of the legal, civil rights and social justice issues associated with capital punishment.
