The University of Dayton Center for Leadership in partnership with Wiley Global Education and Patrick Lencioni's The Table Group is offering a pilot blended learning solution starting August 2015.  This program gives a comprehensive, practical approach to achieving organizational health, based on the best-selling book, the Advantage, by leading author and expert business consultant, Patrick Lencioni.  Lencioni's organization health model is designed to help give company's a sustainable competitive advantage.

The program is delivered in a blended format over 8 weeks with participants; spending 3 hours each week learning the fundamentals in a dynamic and engaging online environment; synchronous checkpoints to reinforce key concepts; and then coming together for an 8 hour onsite class workshop to apply what they have learned. Upon completion, 3 continuing education units (CEUs) will be awarded from the University of Dayton.

This program will help leaders:

• Understand the foundations of Organizational Health and how it drives a sustainable competitive advantage.

• Apply six critical questions to create clarity around organizational values, strategies, and goals

• Create a healthy organization by teaching leaders to communicate with clarity, to develop accountability and trust, engage employees and build teamwork.

Intended for experienced managers, directors and executives, this initial pilot program will run from Aug. 31-Oct. 20. The cost to participate in the pilot program has been reduced from $3000 to $2400 for UDCL partners.
