Dayton Law Creates Impact through Relevant and Distinct Scholarship

Lori Shaw Associate Dean Lori Shaw's article, "Title IX, Sexual Assault, and the Issue of Effective Consent: Blurred Lines -- When Should 'Yes' Mean 'No'?" appears in the Indiana Law Journal (91:4, pg 1363 2016).
Pamela Laufer-Ukeles Pamela Laufer-Ukeles's article, "The Relational Rights of Children" appears in the Connecticut Law Review (48:3, pg 741 2016).
Charles J. Russo Charles J. Russo's article, "Religious Freedom in Faith-Based Educational Institutions in the Wake of Obergefell v. Hodges: Believers Beware" appears in the Brigham Young University Education and Law Journal (2016:2, pg 263).
