The Institute of Applied Creativity for Transformation is excited to announce several open positions for the upcoming summer & fall semesters. We are seeking innovators, creators, dreamers, designers and social advocates to join the IACT Team. Students of all majors are encouraged to apply!

Collaboration Accelerator 3.0

Summer 2017
Application Deadline - March 27, 2017

We are looking for twelve of the most engaged and creative students across campus to participate in our twelve-week internship program this summer (May 15th - August 4th). The Collaboration Accelerator 3.0 program tasks students from different academic disciplines to come together to find creative solutions to real-world challenges. Interns will integrate applied creativity and innovative perspectives, working with community partners such as the Air Force Research Laboratory, Emerson’s Helix Innovation Center and the University of Dayton Research Institute. IACT Creative Team

Fall 2017
Application Deadline - EXTENDED! April 19, 2017

We are seeking diverse-minded students of all majors/disciplines to lend their unique talents and skills to our creative team. Hired students will assist with creating, planning, promoting and implementing innovative initiatives and experiences for IACT at ArtStreet. Students will also be responsible for the supervision of the ArtStreet facility, room and event set-ups, routine office tasks, assisting patrons of the facility, and other duties as assigned. Benefit from our leadership opportunities to develop both professionally and creatively through collaborative, hands-on experiences.

Preference will be given to candidates that have experience/skills in at least one of the following:

  • Event Planning
  • Graphic Design
  • Marketing/Social Media
  • Communication
  • Technical Building
  • Social Advocacy
  • Music Event Planning/Coordinating
  • Innovation
