A Way of the Cross Opportunity

By Ann Zlotnik

The Polish Way of the Cross woodcuts by HAP Grieshaber, from the Marian Library Collection, have been on display in the first floor gallery of Roesch Library since March 2 and will continue through the duration of lent (during normal library hours).

Copies of Fr. Roten's Representation and Identification: HAP Grieshaber's Polish Way of the Cross, are available to use for reflection. This new Art & Spirituality Series publication gives a history of the Stations of the Cross as well insight into the mind of Expressionist artist, HAP Grieshaber. The book then delves into the stations themselves and provides insightful text to assist in understanding and reflecting on each. The book is available for purchase in the Marian Library.
