Read On! 2015 Book drive Results

Thanks to all those who made our 2nd Read On! campus- wide book drive a tremendous success. The combined efforts of our excellent campus partners raised a total of 2,623 book donations. The books will be given to Louise Troy Elementary School in Dayton. Each Louise Troy student pre-K through 3rd grade will be able to choose ten books to take home for summer reading.

Those on campus who partnered with us include: Bombeck Center, Teacher Education Department, English Department Social Justice LLC, Curriculum Materials Center, University Bookstore, Zimmerman Law Library, Fitz Leadership Center, Alumni Association – Dayton Chapter, Greek Week and Dayton to Daytona. Thanks to your efforts, these donations will put books in the hands of children with limited access to reading materials and help them stay on track.
