Read a book for fun

Porch Reads is back for spring 2016. Porch Reads is a book club exclusively for undergraduate students at the University of Dayton. Benefits include free books, free food, lively discussions, and a chance at a $50 bookstore voucher.

Choose one title and pick up your free book copy. Then, join us in for dinner and good conversation. Email porchreads@gmail.com for details.

All discussions will take place in the Roesch Library Collab.

Me Before You by Jojo Moyes
Discussion: Wednesday, March 2 at 6 p.m.*
Me Before You brings to life two people who couldn’t have less in common—a heartbreakingly romantic novel that asks, What do you do when making the person you love happy also means breaking your own heart? Soon to be a movie starring Emilia Clarke (Game of Thrones).
*This discussion is an AVIATE/PATH point-eligible event.

The Grownup by Gillian Flynn
Discussion: Tuesday, April 5 at 6 p.m.
This novella by Gillian Flynn, author of the phenomenon that was Gone Girl, is an intentionally twisty (and twisted) story about a haunted house.
