The End is Near!

Hello! The title of this post is ambiguous, but never fear, I am referring to the end of the semester. I am in total and complete denial that the semester is almost over because I will be here this summer! I am going to work for the Rivers Institute this summer and work in the lab, as well. I will have to talk more about that later. Anyways, this time of year is always crazy because everybody is so stressed, but I am not doing too bad...yet. I had a lot of tests last week and the beginning of this week, so I am in the clear 'til Monday. I am proud of myself, though, because I am telling myself that my paper for my history and philosophy of American education class is due tomorrow rather than next Thursday. I still have 100 pages left to read and the paper is about six pages, so we shall see if I can do it. My roommates and I went to Milano's for dinner tonight because the church we go to, Holy Angels, would get 20% of the proceeds. I have not been to Milano's but twice, and boy is it good! Surprisingly, my roommates and I rarely get food out, but in case you were wondering we have tons of quick restaurants on Brown Street, which is right next to campus. We have Buffalo Wild Wings, Milano's, Ben and Jerry's, Dewey's Pizza, Chinese, Panera, Chipotle, Pot Belly's, Penn Station, etc....I could go on and on, but I think you get the point. Welp, I better get back to reading! The book I am reading is called Parish School. It is about the history of Catholic schools in America. I went to public school, so I am learning all sorts of things!
