Mini Midnight Yoga

For a couple of nights this semester, I have been doing a mini midnight yoga session. This way, after a long and tiring day I can clear my head and fall asleep. Yoga has been a wonderful relaxation tool for me. I was introduced to it my second semester of sophomore year and I really liked it. So, I went regularly to the Yoga classes as a junior. Afterwards, I became good at it and learned all the basics and took it to the next level and started practicing by myself at home. For nine straight months, while I was doing research in Kosova, I did yoga for four times a week. Now, I am back to UD and one of the first things I did was to buy a yoga mat. Now, I try to do as often as I can. Even if I do only a mini-session.
