Another 13.18!Well, I know I ran more than 13 miles yesterday. This morning, I decided to run 13 miles this morning! I was running on a machine, not a track. I think running on a machine is a easy and safer way than running on concrete. Some of my friends who are planning to be doctors, told me that it is not a good idea to run on ground or concrete every day. I believe them because I don't have any problem with my legs, yet! So, we will see what will happen when I continue running another morning!
