Biking? ?

I decided not to jog outside/inside or "jog" on a elliptical machine. I decided to ride on one of the bike machines. I set the leg press level to 10 and I "biked" for about forty minutes. During the time I was biking, three people screamed at me. I told many people at UD that I can't hear anyone whenever i am at the RecPlex, Obvious reason is that I don't wear my hearing processors in the gym! So I tend to work out in a silent mode? Get it? hahaha. It was a good short workout for me. I decided to make daily workout shorter since losing weight is not going to benefit me any more. So I am trying my best to maintain my weight!
