Weight Loss! 04.03.2012You wouldn't believe what happened last night.
My mother was shocked to find out that I weigh 168 lbs.
That is totally different from when I was 184 lbs back in January.
I managed to lose 16 lbs within four-month period!
How did I do it? I work out? That would be a logical response! A honest response!
My favorite thing for me to do is jogging outdoor (around Stuart Field) or indoor (RecPlex running track).
I kept jogging and jogging!
My favorite other thing is "jogging" on a elliptical machine.
Now, I decided to keep working out and trying to maintain my current weight, instead of losing weight!
