So, the first full week of 2016 has sped by quicker than the countdown before the ball dropping at midnight. How has the beginning of your new year been? Have those resolutions taken hold? During a spinning class I attended, my instructor half-jokingly said that his resolutions don’t begin until February, so he is “off the hook” until then.  Resolutions are a funny thing: the new year changes and the air fills with promises of goals to be achieved before that ball falls again.
