6 am Practice......Wow

The last time I had to wake up at 5:30 am was during camp at the end of July. I definitely forgot how hard it was. I actually didn't even hear my alarm go off. My roommate Brian heard it and woke me up. Maybe next Tuesday night I will go to bed earlier than 1 am.

Our practice started with an indian run. If anyone was tired before, the run woke everyone up as it got a good sweat going for me. We then had practice for about an hour and a half. Mostly, we just focused on parts of the routine for when we compete in a few months.

Once practice was done, I was planning on just staying up until my 10 am class, but my bed seemed like a better option so I was able to get a short little nap in. After a shortened Kinesiology class, I grabbed breakfast with my friend Augusta then went to the rec to get my workout in for the day. It feels good to have accomplished so much so far today and its only 1 pm.

The rest of the day shouldn't be too stressful. I have work at KU catering at 3 then homework to do afterwards. I do have the new Tosh.0 episode coming on tonight so that is something I am looking forward to.

On a side note, I have thought about life a lot lately. I find it hard to believe I am a senior and that this is the last year I get to attend this great school. Right now, I'm still confused as to exactly what I want to do with my life. A year ago, I felt like I knew what I would be doing, but now, as each day goes by I feel more unsure. For now, all I can do is pray and hope that my life path is revealed. I'm sure I'm not the only one who feels this way. If you feel this way, don't fret. It happens to everyone. We will all get through it one way or another.

Its Wednesday, we are finally half-way to the weekend. Keep up the hard work and never give up.
