Bro Time > Chick Time

Before we head to Cedar Point tonight, we decided the guys should go off and do our own thing and the girls...well they can do what they want. Being the men we are, we decided to play golf. The girls....I'll give you one guess on what they did! If you don't know what it is, I'll give you a clue: it involves spending lots of money. If you guessed shopping you are todays winner! They were talking about going shopping last night at dinner. When all the guys heard this, we looked at eachother and we knew we were going to do something else. So it didn't take long: golf will give us a couple hours of bro time.

We headed to this golf course Matt knew of. It was not the best course in the world but for $13 for 9 holes and a golf cart, I'm not going to complain at all. Needless to say we all had a great time golfing. I believe the highlight of the trip was on the first hole when my friend Jake literally swung and missed the ball 25-30 times. You may think I am exaggerating, but I am dead serious. Granted, he is a taller guy using some very short clubs. I think we all almost died laughing. We were all glad that nobody was playing behind us, otherwise that would have been a little embarrassing. None of us played a good round of golf. Although we were pretty much an embarrassment to the game, we all had a good time. Eventually, we headed back to the house.

Shortly after getting back, the girls came back. As as expected, shopping bags were in all of their hands. I do give them credit, they all got their men something. We all got Halloween boxers. It was thoughtful so we thanked them that they spent some money on us. So far it has been a great day. I think I am going to take a quick nap before we head to Cedar Point. I can't wait to ride the second highest roller coaster in the the world.

I will let all my readers know how my experience was tomorrow.
