Nothing like ending a day trip to Vermont with going to the Nickelback Concert!

Yesterday, Poppy and I met a couple of his old friends in Vermont for breakfast. We ate at this little diner, and the food was amazing. Afterwards, we went to his friends Corvair restoration shop. Corvair is a brand of car that was only made for ten years from 1960-1969. Well, the business consists of the guy Bill, his wife, and son, and all they do is restore Corvairs. It was amazing to see the work they were currently doing as well as seeing a Corvair that was completely restored. In fact, Bill has a Corvair racecar. He actually has the second one ever made of this type, and it was actually the first one ever to be released to the public. The car itself is worth $250,000 dollars. To be close to a car that expensive was pretty awesome, and it was great to hear all the stories and history behind it.

But Vermont is a beautiful state. It was the first time I had gone there and I really enjoyed the weather and scenery. Well we got back to his cousins Petes house and next door he has another cousin named Pat. We went over and hung out for a while. Well, his girlfriend came out to talk and said that her friend had to bail out on the Nickelback concert and needed someone to go, and she asked me and I was not about to pass up this oppurtunity. I changed real quick and off we went to where the concert was going to be played. The concert was AMAZING. Not only was Nickelback there, but Saving Abel, Papa Roach, and Hinder. The show was outstanding. It was a perfect way to end a great day by being at the right place at the right time and getting to go to the concert.

I have had a blast so far, and I cannot wait to see what the rest of the trip has in store.
