2FA Employee Deadline: October 31

As you may already know, the University of Dayton is implementing a 2-factor authentication system for its faculty and staff.  Right now we have over 64% of this population in the 2FA system.

The last day to voluntarily enroll in 2FA is October 31, 2016. Starting November 1, 2016, all University of Dayton faculty and staff accessing protected systems (including UD Gmail, Banner, Isidore, Runway and HR Benefit Focus) will be required to have a “second factor” enrolled in 2FA. 

How do I enroll?

  • Visit the Enrollment Guide for easy step-by-step instructions on adding a phone or tablet.

  • To order a token, fill out a Token Order Request Form.

  • Visit one of our final enrollment information sessions to walk through the registration process.
