Here are a few tips and tricks to keep your login process running smoothly:

Add a back-up device.
To ensure you have access to your systems when you don’t have acess your primary device, enroll a back-up device.  If you only have one cell phone, a common back-up device can be a landline, like your office or home phone.  To learn how to add a back-up device, follow our step-by-step instructions here.

No wi-fi? No problem! You can still get access to your systems.
You may be aware that tokens don’t use wi-fi to produce those six-digit codes. What you might not know is that the Duo Mobile app on your smartphone can generate a six-digit passcode without a wi-fi or cell connection as well! If you open the Duo Mobile app and press the key icon, it will generate this code, just like a token.

Logging in correctly and still not getting access?
Sometimes you may not get your call or push as quick as you usually do. If you cannot login on your first attempt, try again.  If this doesn't work, contact the UDit Service Center at (937)229-3888 and they will help you figure out the issue and get it resolved!
