Quick Tip Tuesday: Browser Email Client

GmailClicking on an email address in your browser only to have it open the Outlook client can be frustrating and inefficient, especially when you have an urgent issue! These email addresses are known as “mailto” links, and they allow a new email compose window to pop up when clicked rather than a website. Google provides options to allow Gmail to be set as the default mail client in all browsers so that Gmail opens instead of Outlook or another client. All you need to do is follow these instructions to make sending emails that much easier.
