UD: Did you Know? - Senior User AccountsAttention all Graduating Seniors! One of the most commonly asked questions we receive is "how long until I can't log into Porches?" or "Do I still have access to my UD mail?". These questions are asked mainly from users who would like to maintain the contacts and connections they have built in their time at UD, using their UD email account. Unfortunately, due to licensing restrictions, we can only hold so many UD email accounts at one time. Thus, a short amount of time after the beginning of the second semester after your time at UD is ended, your account will be deleted. No data from your user account is saved or preserved. People often ask if we can recover emails, and unfortunately this is not possible. Our best advice to you moving forward is to not use your UD email account for any Professional or Business contacts, and try not to apply listing your UD email as your primary. Migrating any emails you would like to save is a matter of forwarding, and you should start sooner rather than later.
