Accreditation & Honors
The University of Dayton School of Business Administration (UD SBA) is accredited by AACSB International - The Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business. Additional specialized AACSB International accreditation is held by the UD SBA Accounting Program.
The UD SBA is the premier AACSB-accredited business program in the greater Dayton area and one of only 736 accredited programs in 48 countries and territories – this is less than 5% of the world’s 13,000 business programs. Only 182 institutions world-wide hold an additional AACSB accreditation for accounting programs.
Meeting AACSB standards is a measure of highest excellence and standards in curriculum, faculty, facilities and student body. To achieve accreditation, business and accounting programs must satisfy the expectations of a wide range of quality standards relating to strategic management of resources, interactions of faculty and students in the educational process, and achievement of learning goals in degree programs.
AACSB International, the premier accrediting agency and service organization for business schools, is a not-for-profit organization consisting of more than 900 educational organizations and corporations.
