Focus Group Research

The Business Research Group (BRG) at the University of Dayton offers the only focus group facility in the Greater Dayton Area. Our multi-camera facility is used to conduct focus groups in a variety of areas including consumer products and services, business-to-business research, usability studies, management issues, personnel issues, and voter perceptions.

We are located on the University of Dayton main campus which is a short distance from downtown Dayton. Our focus group facility was designed and built for focus group research and usability studies. The participant area will be set to your specifications. The adjacent observation area comfortably holds 8 – 10 observers. Guests are greeted in our glass atrium, which sits adjacent to the parking lot, and are walked to a holding room (conference room) where refreshments are served.

BRG welcomes your business to our facility and will work with you on services to provide your organization with as much or as little as your project requires.

Our in-house staff can work with you on the conceptualization of your research and provide moderating services with discussion guide design, coordination of recruiting, and reporting. Or, with 30 years of experience behind us, we can put you at ease and be your out of town facility rental which will include a video technician, 2 copies of the DVD recording, host(s) dedicated to your group, parking and light refreshments for respondents and observers. Other services can be provided upon request.
