Entrepreneurship Mentor Program

Crotty Center Entrepreneurship Mentor Program (EMP)

This voluntary program matches local businesspersons with UD ENT majors. Meeting once a month, sometimes at lunch, dinner or perhaps an interesting company meeting, they share ideas and seek or offer advice. At year's end, an annual dinner is held, where each team shares their experiences.

The objectives of the mentorship program are to provide students with access to successful role models, to present students with an opportunity to more closely examine real-time business opportunities and problems and to offer a vehicle whereby successful businesspersons can assist in the business education of future business and community leaders.
