New Team Members

The Davis Center welcomes the following new members who joined the team in October 2018.

 

Ben France

Title:  New Member
Hometown:  Ft. Mitchell, KY
Year:  Sophomore
Major:  Finance

Last summer, Ben played baseball for a collegiate summer team in Cincinnati. Next summer, he plans to study abroad in Spain and Germany, and hopes to secure an internship in investment banking following his junior year.

Joe Gannon

Title:  New Member
Hometown:  Naperville, IL
Year:  Sophomore
Major:  Finance

During the summer of 2018, Joe interned with Spencer Stuart in Chicago where he was assigned to the corporate accounting/financial team. He hopes to secure an internship with an investment bank in Chicago over the upcoming summer.

Dalton Hertel

Title:  New Member
Hometown:  Cincinnati, OH
Year:  Junior
Major:  Mechanical Engineering
Minor: Entrepreneurship

Last spring, Dalton completed an engineering Co-Op internship at General Electric Aviation in the Dayton area, after which he traveled to London and Paris for five weeks through UD's Study Abroad program. Dalton is looking forward to an economics internship at American Axle in Detroit during the summer of 2019.

Madeline Schneck

Hometown:  Kalamazoo, Michigan
Year:  Junior
Major:  Finance

Last summer, Madeline held a Finance internship with Landscape Forms, a Michigan company that manufactures high-end outdoor furniture and lighting. Next summer, she hopes to secure an internship in asset management .

Joseph Sloan

Title:  New Member
Hometown:  Harmony, PA
Year:  Junior
Majors:  Business Economics & Finance
Minor: Accounting

In the summer of 2018, Joseph interned with Brayman Construction Corporation in Saxonburg, Pennsylvania. While there, he worked in the accounting department, assisting with data entry and analysis. Next summer, Joseph hopes to find a financial analysis internship in the Pittsburgh area.

Jacob Troutwine

Title:  New Member
Hometown:  Greenville, OH
Year:  Sophomore
Majors:  Accounting & Finance
Minor: Management Information Systems

During the summer of 2018, Jacob studied abroad in Suzhou, China, at the University of Dayton China Institute, where he also worked as a residential assistant. Next summer, Jacob hopes to secure an internship in a governmental financial or investment regulatory agency.
