Securities Analysis

The Securities Analysis Team works to familiarize team members with a variety of strategies for financial analysis, including qualitative research and financial modeling. Team members serve as supporting analysts for the Flyer Investments Fund by analyzing current holdings’ performance based on historic trends and comparison with industry peers. Additionally, the supporting analysts are responsible for introducing new investment ideas through the maintenance of a comprehensive watch list.

Russell Woehrmyer

During the summer of 2017, Russell interned at a middle market investment bank in Chicago. Russell will be returning to Chicago this summer where he will be interning at Goldman Sachs within their Investment Banking Division, providing M&A and capital raising services for financial institutions.

During the fall, she co-oped with GE Aviation to further her knowledge within the Supply Chain industry. In the summer ahead, Hannah will intern with Next Step Ministries, an inter-national 501(c)(3) nonprofit, where her responsibilities will include leading a team of Summer Staff members and running nine weeks of mission trips .

There she assisted the company as it transitioned to a new accounting system. Following her internship, she enjoyed working at Camp Christopher, a youth summer camp in northeastern Ohio. Next summer, Emily will be studying abroad in Spain through UD’s Center for International Programs.
