Terence Lau

Terence Lau, Associate Dean, Undergraduate Programs University of Dayton School of Business Administration.  Terence Lau is Associate Dean for Undergraduate Programs and Professor of business law in the School of Business Administration at the University of Dayton. He teaches Legal Environment of Business, the Global Business Capstone, and Peace Through Commerce, a graduate-level study abroad program. Prior to joining UD, Lau served as Director, ASEAN Governmental Affairs, Ford Motor Company, based in Bangkok.  In that capacity, Lau had primary responsibility for governmental and regulatory affairs for Ford affiliates in Thailand, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Brunei, Singapore, Vietnam, Laos, Cambodia, and Myanmar. Prior to that, Lau served as in-house counsel to Ford based at Ford World Headquarters in Dearborn, Michigan. His practice focused on international trade (export controls, anti-boycott, and trade sanctions) and licensing, international distribution, and trans-border mergers and acquisitions.  Lau currently serves on the Board of Directors of Mike-sells Inc., based in Dayton, Ohio. In 2006-2007, Lau served as a Supreme Court Fellow at the Supreme Court of the United States in Washington, D.C. Assigned to the Office of the Counselor to the Chief Justice, Lau worked with court officials to conduct research into the federal judiciary and represent the Chief Justice to visiting foreign delegations.  Lau’s business law research is published in law reviews including DePaul Law Review and the American Business Law Journal.  He is the author of The Legal and Ethical Environment of Business, a textbook published by Flat World Knowledge.  Lau received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Syracuse University in New York, and his B.A., summa cum laude, from Wright State University in Ohio.

Vince Lewis

Vince Lewis is the Fifth Third Bank Entrepreneur-in-Resident and Director of the L. William Crotty Center for Entrepreneurial Leadership in the University of Dayton’s nationally ranked entrepreneurship program.  Vince Lewis teaches undergraduate and graduate level entrepreneurship and management classes in one of the top 20 entrepreneurship programs in the U.S. Courses taught include corporate strategy, the capstone course in entrepreneurship and Financing Entrepreneurial Ventures. He also has served as director of the UD Business Plan Competition, one of the largest university level business plan competitions in the U.S., and now in Suzhou, China. Lewis also serves as Chairman of Logos@Work, and has been an executive and business owner in Dayton for more than 20 years. Lewis currently serves on the advisory boards of Afidence Technologies in Mason, Ohio; Kerber Sheet Metal in Troy, Ohio; Prime Controls in Kettering, Ohio; and PrxPx in Dublin, Ohio. Lewis is also a trustee with the Humane Society of Greater Dayton.  

Aaron Everhart

Aaron Everhart is a mentor, investor and board member and of HATCH! VENTURES.  Aaron is a co-founder of the HATCH! PROGRAM along with Dat Quoc Pham beginning in December of 2011.  Aaron has since been a mentor, CMO and volunteer of the program.  Aaron started HATCH! VENTURES in January of 2013.  HATCH! provides valuable resources to help new companies, supports the regional startup ecosystem, and recognizes that sustainable, scalable small businesses are the drivers of our economy.  As a found member of the leadership team, Everhart helped to establish Grey Vietnam's Public Relations and Brandy Strategy practices for Grey Vietnam.  Since 1918 Grey's famously effective advertising communications services have helped brands win hearts.  Everhart is an alum of the University of California, Santa Cruz; San Francisco State University, and; La Trobe University (Australia and Vietnam).
