Annual Reverend Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Commemorative Speaker and A Tribute to the Life and Contributions of Fr. Paul Marshall, S.M.

Sr. Jamie Phelps is the former Director of the Institute for Black Catholic Studies and the Katherine Drexel Professor of Systematic Theology of Xavier University of Louisiana. She is a founding member of the Washington-based National Black Sisters Conference and The Institute of Black Catholics Studies.
