REAL Topics – Asians DON'T All Look the Same

"When you hear the word “Asian,” what images come to mind? Where do these images come from? Are there negative stereotypes associated with these perceptions or do you feel there are advantages? Come and discuss answers to these questions and also other questions you might have about the many different dimensions of Asian identity. We will also examine the recent lawsuit against some prestigious Universities and the notions that Asians are overrepresented in Colleges and Universities and should thus be required to have higher standards for admission.
