No popcorn for this film; instead, a table of simple Russian and Spanish fare to complement one of the great adaptations of Don Quixote, directed by Grigori Kozintsev. This 1957 Soviet film (Don Kikhot) was the first adaptation to be filmed in widescreen and in color, and was received at the Cannes Film Festival to great acclaim. Commentary by Dr. Masha Kisel.
