Whether you are a new or highly experienced STEM faculty, there is a rich learning experience waiting for you this November.

Attend one or both STEM Faculty Teaching Workshops and learn research-based instructional techniques to make teaching more effective and practical strategies to engage students' curiosity and spark connections through active and collaborative learning strategies.

The November 14th workshop is geared for newer faculty (less than 3 years) and will highlight course planning, getting off to a good start, avoiding common mistakes, and much more.

The November 15th workshop is for more experienced faculty and will focus on acquiring and improving skills in analytical problem solving, critical and creative thinking, communication, and teamwork.

Registration is free and all participants will receive a complimentary copy of the new Teaching and Learning STEM: A Practical Guide by our workshop facilitators, Drs. Rebecca Brent and Richard Felder.
