Dr. Damon A. Williams is an award winning scholar, leader, and educator passionate about making organizations inclusive and excellent for all and creating equitable educational outcomes for America's youth. He is Senior Vice President and Chief Education Officer for the Boys and Girls Clubs of America (BGCA). Prior to joining the BGCA, he served as associate vice chancellor, vice provost, chief diversity officer, and member of the educational leadership and policy analysis faculty at the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he founded the Division of Diversity, Equity, and Educational Achievement (DDEEA).

He received his PhD from the University of Michigan Center for the Study of Higher and Post-Secondary Education (CSHPE). Williams holds a master’s degree in educational leadership and a bachelor’s degree in sociology and black world studies both from Miami University. A book signing will immediately follow his talk.
