Join us in celebrating how people around the world ponder and picture the birth of Christ through many different cultural lenses. As Roesch Library begins a multi-year renovation, At the Manger will take place on a smaller scale. The Grand Open House will not be held this year. 2017 Exhibits: A Nativity to Ponder and Celebrate Marian Library, seventh floor of Roesch Library 8:30 a.m.–4:30 p.m. weekdays Nov. 27, 2017–Jan. 5, 2018 1–4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 2–31:30–4 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 71–4 p.m. Saturday and Sunday, Dec. 9–10(closed Dec. 8, Dec. 25–Jan. 1) The Marian Library Gallery will feature Nativity sets of the long hidden but rich and colorful artistic tradition of Eastern Europe. The Crèche Museum will hold variations of Nativities from East and West Africa. Reflect on Advent with Mary as you view monotypes by artist Michelle Arnold Paine.
