Attend this session to learn about the Office of Multicultural Affairs and how you can better understand and influence the campus climate for diversity. The campus climate framework that informed the development of the diversity strategic plan within the Division of Student Development will be presented. We will discuss each dimension of the framework and how it has informed work occurring in Student Development. You will also have an opportunity to reflect on its application to you and your work.

Presented by Daria Graham, Associate Dean of Students and Executive Director of Multicultural Affairs

The Dean of Students Office provides a variety of services to challenge, support, encourage, and prepare students to be successful now and after graduation. This series, typically held during the summer, is designed to provide information to faculty and staff on how you can support the success of students as it relates to key functions out of the Dean of Students Office, and presents an opportunity to learn more about how we can work together throughout the academic year.

This year, the Dean of Students Series is also being offered during the spring semester, in order to provide more access to staff and faculty throughout the campus community. Fill out this form to let us know which sessions you plan on attending.
