A majority of our student population are part of Generation Z or are Millennials.  Although these generations have similarly aged students, they have remarkable differences in their characteristics, which may be apparent in your classrooms or offices.  This session seeks to outline the differences between the generations, to teach techniques on managing student behavior, and to identify strategies to support students in need.

Presented by Christine Schramm, Associate Vice President and Dean of Students, Steve Herndon, Associate Dean of Students and Executive Director of Housing & Residence Life, Daria Graham, Associate Dean of Students and Executive Director of the Office of Multicultural Affairs, & Lindsay Maxam, Assistant Dean of Students for Advocacy & Intervention
