Cost: The cost to attend a Professional Development Program is $0.00. HR will pay for you up to four Professional Development Programs annually for all UD and UDRI full-time employees through continuing education funds for this program.

First impressions, an effective image, powerful non-verbal communication and proper dining skills are key elements of being a business professional. Many professionals lack an awareness or appreciation for the importance of image because it has never been formally explained or taught to them. Participants will learn new techniques on how to manage nonverbal communication effectively. In addition, participants will take away an insight into the impact business technology etiquette and effective networking can have to positively build professional relationships.
