The Cognitive Computing Odyssey

The Cognitive Computing Odyssey is a program for university students, developers, engineers and data scientists who are early in their careers to join IBM's Cognitive Solutions & Research team for 2 days this November...and potentially full-time in 2017. If selected, you will:
- Travel to one of the cities listed above
- Have final-round interviews for 2017 full-time jobs with IBM
- Meet developers, engineers, data scientists and program managers
- Learn about the applications of cognitive computing in healthcare, education and beyond

NYU Summer Publishing Institute (SPI) Online Information Session

Learn more about the six-week, summer program (June 5 - July 14, 2017), developed specifically for recent college graduates who are interested in careers in the book, magazine and digital media publishing industries.
The Data Incubator
January 3, 2017 - February 24, 2017
Location: There will be both an in-person (New York City, Washington, D.C. and San Francisco) and online section of the fellowship using the common application.
The Data Incubator is an intensive 8-week fellowship that prepares masters students, PhDs and postdocs in STEM and social science fields seeking industry careers as data scientists. The program is free for Fellows and support by sponsorships from hundreds of employers across multiple industries. Anyone who has already obtained a masters or PhD degree or who is within one year of graduating is welcome to apply. Applications from international students are welcome. Everyone is encouraged to sign-up for a future session.
University of Northern Iowa Overseas Recruiting Fair
February 3 - 5, 2017
Location: Cedar Falls, Iowa
Over 120 American international K-12 schools representing more than 70 countries will be in attendance at the 41st annual event. The UNI Fair gives educators the opportunity to network, interview and get hired during the event. Over 900 jobs are typically posted at the event and candidates average five interviews each. Register by January 13, 2017.
