New Program Offering
Leadership Accelerator
The great people-leaders of today need to have a strong sense of self-awareness, display emotional intelligence, and exhibit critical 21st century leadership skills, such as collaboration, empathy, and resilience to adjust and adapt in directing and supporting others.
This interactive and intensive two-day experience will support you in your career journey. Through assessment (Everything DiSC Workplace®), self-reflection, and engaging in group activities, you will build upon your foundation and increase your competence and confidence to lead successfully within your organization. Leaders will earn recognized micro-credentials from the University of Dayton in the areas of collaboration, empathy, and resilience. You can download the 2024 professional development schedule below for the full description and learning objectives.
