Profile
Dr. R. Alan Kimbrough is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Music where he teaches organ. He is also a Professor Emeritus of English, having retired from the University of Dayton in 2017. Most of his pre-secondary education was with Warsaw public schools in Warsaw, Ill. He has been a faculty member of the department since 1969 and served as department chairperson from 1980-88. He was the director of the University Honors and Scholars Programs from 1991-2000 and served as the director of the Prelaw Program from 2004-10.
