LTC Jeffrey Rosenberg is a Distinguished Military Graduate (DMG) from Central Michigan University where he graduated Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Science degree. He commissioned from the Reserve Officers Training Corps into the United States Army in 2000 as an Aviation Officer. He also holds a Master’s from Central Michigan University. He has commanded at the Troop level and has held staff positions at both the Squadron and Brigade level. 

He is a graduate of Army Airborne School, the Northern Warfare Training Center and the OH-58D Maintenance Test Pilot Course. His professional military education includes the Aviation Captain’s Career Course and the Command and General Staff College. His awards include the Bronze Star Medal (2 OLC), the Meritorious Service Medal (2 OLC), the Air Medal (2 NUM), the Army Commendation Medal (1 OLC), the Joint Service Achievement Award, the Army Achievement Medal (1 OLC), the Joint Meritorious Unit Award and the Valorous Unit Award. He has earned the Combat Action Badge and the Senior Aviator Badge as an OH-58D Kiowa Warrior Helicopter Pilot. 

His deployments include one tour in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom from 2005-2006 and two tours in support of Enduring Freedom from 2008-2009 and again in 2014 when he also supported the transition to Operation Resolute Support.

He and his wife April have three children, Emilya, Molly and Jack and they live in Springboro, OH.
