Profile

Mark Fogel is a lecturer in the Department of Political Science at the University of Dayton. He received his Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government where he was a research grant awardee from two Harvard Centers for his policy analysis on collective impact social services programs. In Boston and Southwest Ohio, he has consulted and worked for public-sector entities, Fortune 100 companies, and non-profit organizations.

He received his bachelor of science in Behavioral Sciences from the US Air Force Academy, after which he served 12 years on active duty as a fighter pilot and flight instructor. Currently, Mark serves as a Squadron Commander in the Ohio Air National Guard’s 178th Wing at Springfield.
