Profile

Sean's interests lie primarily in the defense of the Catholic faith from the dangerous growth of fundamentalism and its erosion of Catholic social, environmental, and moral tradition. To this end, he is also interested in the philosophical background of Protestant fundamentalism, particularly in the conversation between Thomas Reid and David Hume as well as the employment of Hume's epistemology by John Henry Newman.
