Education
Monica is an alumnus of the University of Dayton, graduating in May 2010 with a Bachelor’s degree from College of Arts and Sciences. She also attended St Francis University, Loretto, PA.
Professional Experience
Monica joined the University of Dayton in 2003 in the Office of Human Resources, providing administrative support in various areas including benefits, learning and development, and data support. In July 2014, she joined Career Services as part of the newly formed Student Employment team as Student Employment Specialist. Customer service is a personal passion for her and she is committed to providing the best service possible to university students and the departments that employ them. Prior to her career at the University, Monica worked for over 15 years in human resources at a major retail department store.
Monica is actively involved in the university community, most recently as a member of the Marianist Educational Associates, a group dedicated to continuing the Marianist charism at the University of Dayton. She was also a member of the initial cohort of UD Connections, a leadership development program for non exempt university employees.
