Professional Experience

Jason has served as the Director of Career Services at the University of Dayton since 2008 and the Executive Director since 2019. He came to UD from Marquette University, where he worked for nine years including five years in Career Services. Jason also has a background in Residence Life, having worked for six years as a Residence Hall Director.

Career Interests and Organizational Involvement

Jason enjoys advising students on career issues and connecting with employers and student organizations. He is a member of the National Association of Colleges and Employers and the Midwest Association of Colleges and Employers. He is also a member of the Midwest ACE Experiential Education Committee, and was the Professional Development Committee Chair from 2008-2009. Jason was the co-chair for the 2007 Trends in Recruiting Conference and was awarded the 2007 Midwest ACE President's Award and the 2008 Wisconsin ACE Outstanding Service Award. He currently serves as the Secretary for the Cox Arboretum Foundation, and is an active committee member for Cub Scout Pack 248.

Personal History and Interests

Jason is originally from St. Louis, MO and lives in Springboro, OH with his wife and three children.  He enjoys baseball, tennis, politics, Netflix, Apple/iOS products, and technology in general.
