Molly has been part of the University of Dayton community since 1995. She has worked with children all of her life and strongly believes that the early years of a child’s life are the most important and critical. She is passionate about children’s development and enjoys being part of young children’s growth. She believes that her roots and education abroad, combined with more than 20 years of experience in early childhood education, are an asset when interacting with our children and families, who have a wide variety of backgrounds. She also brings firsthand experience with different approaches to early childhood development.
