B.A. in organizational studies, Pitzer College

I started my career in College Admissions by working at my alma mater immediately after graduating. I was very involved with the admission office as a student as I was the president of the Black Student Union on campus. I helped the office immensely with their diversity recruitment efforts by attending college fairs, hosting students overnight, and any other activities. This is where I fell in love with admissions and I didn't hesitate to accept the offer when I was approached by the vice president of admission and financial aid. Since then I have worked at a few other universities and I even took a 9 year hiatus to work in the world of wealth management, finance and banking. I was attracted to University of Dayton because I had heard so much about the sense of community here. When I visited the campus I was sold and I knew I had to work here. I am looking forward to recruiting on the West Coast and informing students of this great educational and social opportunity.

Why I love UD

When I visited the campus it felt like home. The campus is beautiful and I could feel the students’ passion for UD. There are multiple opportunities for students to be active on campus and connect with one another and the campus spirit is infectious.
