Biography

I grew up in the Dayton area, and after high school I attended Sinclair Community College. After college I relocated to Atlanta, where I worked in property management while my fiancé (now husband) attended college. I continued my career in property management when we moved back to the Dayton area and supported my family while my husband built his practice. After a couple years, I was able to quit working and begin my favorite job, being a stay-at-home mom. When my children became school age Idecided I was ready to get back in to the workforce. This is when I found my “home” working at the University of Dayton in the Office of Admission and Financial Aid. Now my goal is to see each one of my three kids become University of Dayton Alumni.

Why I love UD

There are so many reason that I love UD, but if I had to name just one, it would be the strong sense of community. When you arrive on campus, it doesn’t take long to feel that you belong and that you matter to one another. These are the types of feelings that turn your friends into family, and UD into your home away from home.
